Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the North American Electric PEXP215T-10-2 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nsk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nsk parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Ogpn-bt-24vdc-Level-Controller-I product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nsk such as the W2502SS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the W3206 manufactured by Nsk and we are pleased to be able to service most Nsk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature OGPNBT by Manufacturer Ogpn-bt-24vdc-Level-Controller-I as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Nsk Brand 41014 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nsn such as 3120010244670 equipment made by Nsn have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DH2048J6CL by Northstar-Encoder and 3120010244670 spares by Nsn are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original V8L45 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nsd.
